The first direct flights of the year start as early as April. The peak season is without a doubt July and August though. The second most direct flights to Kefalonia in 2022 are coming from Italy. Whereas you might also catch a ferry from Bari, flying is probably the most convenient way to get into Kefalonia. Volotea and Ryanair are offering connections from five different Italian cities this summer.
