For information of those on Kefalonia, there seems to be a spate of burglaries from Villas and cars around Livathos and Skala areas, please be vigilant and lock up everything that is of value, as you would if you were in UK. Sad, as this Island has always been relatively crime free compared to other places. If you have any break in or anything is stolen, don`t hesitate to call the Police on 100. They need to know ALL the cases, so that they get an overall picture of the scale of it. Put any info of what was stolen and locations on social media so we that are constantly around here can look for anything suspicious. It is a fairly small Island so we can all help to find the culprits.
